Great company. We did the Santa Cruz. They offered a free acclimatization hike. Equipment, food and guidance were great.

I went on the Huayhuash 9 day trek with AlpaK and it was a great experience! We didn?t have issues with the logistics, the food was delicious and plentiful, and our guide Oscar was very knowledgeable. He took us on different routes than the other groups, so we could see better scenery with less people. This is a good agency that is fair to their staff and pack animals, and takes customer safety very seriously. We also booked the Ishinca Refugio with them and all went well. Highly recommend!

I booked a tour to Laguna 69, I was told I would be picked up at 05:00 - 05:30 the following day. Nobody ever came to pick me up. Their office was closed since it was Sunday but I managed to get in contact with them anyway and get my money back.

Great company! Everything was communicated well! I was never uneasy or unsure, the hike was difficult but so worth it. Our guides were so helpful and friendly it was really nice having them there and the meals were delicious. They also helped carry some of my qeight as we got towards the top which was beyond kind! Enrique was a great host throughout the whole trip. Picked us up within 10 minutes after we arrived at the bus station served us breakfast then we were on our way! The stay at his hotel the night after our return was so comfortable and cozy! Highly recommend this company to any adventurous soul!
