Elegimos el paquete de conocer el Lago Titicaca (Islas de los Uros, Amantani y Taquile) y todo salió muy bien. El valor del tour era justo y fue el más económico que encontramos y incluya muchas cosas. Todo muy bien arreglado, equipe y guía amables y aprovechamos sin ninguna preocupación.

El servicio es excelente. Tiene un jardín de ensueño. Tiene una escuela de cocina y de idiomas que sin duda brinda aún mejores experiencias. Las habitaciones son excelentes y cómodas. Espero tener pronto la oportunidad de volver.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Über das Internet und die vielen guten Rezensionen sind wir auf Johselm gestoßen. Wir haben bei ihm eine zweitägige Tour durch den Colca Canyon gebucht. Johselm hat sich sofort auf unsere Anfrage zurückgemeldet und vorab bereits einige offenen Fragen jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit beantwortet. Ausgangspunkt für die Tour war Arequipa. Da wir bereits einen Tag vor der Tour in Arequipa angereist sind, hat Johselm uns eine kostenlose City-Tour angeboten. Anders als beim typischen Abklappern von Sehenswürdigkeiten, vermittelte uns Johselm einen tiefen Eindruck vom täglichen Leben in Arequipa mit typischen Getränken, Mahlzeiten (Ceviceria), Märkten und einigen Geheimtipps. Ähnlich wie bei der Stadtführung war die Colca Canyon-Wanderung ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis abseits des Haupttouristenstroms. Die Nähe zu den Einheimischen, die wundervolle Natur zusammen mit der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit und die wertvollen Informationen von Johselm zur Geschichte und Kultur machten diesen Ausflug unvergesslich. Wir können die Tour mit Johselm absolut empfehlen!!!

We had a great experience there. You feel safe enough at all times. Transport was on time and quick. They provide all the necessary equipment. For a small fee, they provide few videos and pictures. Remember to have some cash if you want to pay for that (10 soles per person).

We did the 3 day / 2 night tour of the colca canyon. They pick you up at 7:30 which is a massive improvement on all of the tour operators who pick you up at 3 or 4am. You get to stop off on the way to take photos of llamas, alpacas and vicuña and some spectacular views. In exchange for this later start you start the walk down into the canyon in the afternoon which means much cooler conditions as the sun is starting to pass over. We arrived at the first hostel to find people on the earlier tour had been hanging around for 6 hours. The second day is tough. You start with a hike to a beautiful oasis, we got there before mid day and had a good 3 hours to swim, sunbathe and get lunch before starting the long hike out of the canyon. Here is the second difference with the regular tour. You spend the second night outside the canyon as apposed to spending it in the oasis. The other tours start the climb at 4 in the morning to make sure they are out before the sun is too hot. our last day started at 8am to watch the condors at and then on to the hot springs at Chivay. Apart from the secondary being pretty tough in terms of hiking this is a much better itinerary than the regular tour and I really recommend it. Our tour guide Mellissa was fantastic and really helped us through the hike. She was super helpful, knowledgable and kind. The group sizes are small and you get loads of flexibility with timings and itinerary.
