Cheating overcharging scumbags. Remorseless thieves doing daylight robbery. Translate this to Spanish then go home and look yourself in the mirror. Do you have families? If so, is this what you teach your kids? To lie, to cheat other people of their money?

Don´t go in!! This travel agency will act like it is an oficial travel agency of an airline and lead you away from the airport claiming to help you . . . but then they just sell you ticket you don´t need while highly overcharging you and putting a lot of pressure on you at the same time. Not providing phone calls or internet. Don´t go in! If I could give cero starts I would.

Beware this travel agent...we were fraudulently misled at Lima airport and sold travel tickets we did not need, we were hugely overcharged and after confronting the manager we were promised a refund of our money...needless to say we are still waiting!!

BEWARE of their ?promoters? waiting outside the airport. These men are wearing uniform and can show you all types of IDs from any airlines. I missed my flight from Lima to Cusco and since LIMA Airport is constructed in such a way that you must leave the arrival building to get into the departure building, voila...that?s where they catch their potential victims. They will lead you to an office on the opposite side of the street and while doing so, they will tell you how lucky you are to be able to bump into them as they can arrange the next possible flight for you. In the office, they will not provide you any free phone calls to your airline, not even a WiFi password (I asked them twice about WiFi). Of course the moment they do so, you can easily book a ticket yourself on phone or online. So what happened to me: I booked a whole flight from Berlin to Cusco and I missed the last flight (Lima to Cusco). It was 7:30 in the evening, I was so tired and disappointed for missing my flight. I left the Arrival terminal to get to the Departure terminal and there was this guy who talked to me if he could be of help. I told them I need to find the next LATAM flight to Cusco and he showed me a LATAM ID. He called another guy in uniform and this second guy brought me to an office outside the airport. A Peruvian young lady called N-A-T-A-L-I-A Estafadora told me to pay 220US$ as a ?penalty?. If I don?t do so, I will miss my flights back to Germany in two weeks. I asked if I could get this amount back but Miss Estafadora told me, I should contact the online agency I booked my ticket with for this. Miss Estafadora made a copy of my passport and asked for my credit card for guarantee. She said she would book me on the flight for 12 noon the next day. I should come back at 9 am (Sunday!) to their office to pick up the boarding pass and my receipt. Already funny was, she didn?t give me any ticket, booking or reservation number but she knew what amount to type in the machine: 1400+ Soles!!!! Another funny thjng was: She didn?t ask for my phone number nor my email address to send me any booking confirmation. All what important for Miss Estafadora was a copy of my passport and my credit card. Few hours after, I called my friend in Germany and told him what had happened. He got in touch with Iberia Hotline (my first two flights were Iberia) and they arranged the next flight to me to Cusco which was at 4 AM for free! Of course, I took this flight to Cusco. When I checked-in, I told the (official) LATAM ladies what just happened and they assured me that all LATAM workers are working IN THE AIRPORT building, not outside. They seemed not to be surprised by the incident. They shared to me their WiFi Data so I could still stop the illegal transaction but I failed. 370 ? gone?!?! Few days later, my Peruvian friends helped me trace the travel agency office. They told me they can give my money back but I have to pay an administration fee of 75?! Yes, I still have to pay for the service I didn?t even use and for all the stress they produced. After a long conversation with them in whatsapp, they said they would then refund the whole amount, after I told them I will report this incident to the police. Let?s see what happens next. (Will update this)

ESTAFADORES.
