Excelentes y muy amigables, muy profesionales en la actividad que desarrollan, conocen ampliamente cada detalle de los lugares que se visitan. Guían, enseñan y orientan durante todo el recorrido, siempre pendientes de todos los turistas para una magistral excursión a tantos sitios exuberantes que tiene Cuzco. Recomendados a todos.

Muy mal porque quedamos atrapados en una tormenta, y se salio el rio llevando todo a su paso la agencia del bus dijo que si nos pasaba algo se harían responsables de ir a buscarnos y esperamos 6 hrs. cuando el rio ya se había controlado tuvimos que caminar por que un cerro se vino a bajo y al otro lado estaba otro bus que podía llevarnos. cuando ya subimos que fue como a las 3 am el chófer no respetaba los signos de velocidad y menos las curvas , cuando llegamos fuimos a reclamar nuestro dinero.

Our tour coordinator Gilmer did a great job in explaining every detail of tour the day before and handed over all the tickets. On the day of the tour I would say there were a few hiccups..we were assigned a tour guide who was not comfortable in English and had to wait for some time to get another guide. Also had an issue with the taxi back to Cusco but Gilmer was very helpful in addressing all the issues and resolving them quickly. Kudos to the customer support but would recommend that the management ensure that these do not happen in the future.

We took MachuPicchu day tour from CuscoPeru and it was the best experience we ever had. They sent one of the staff members a night before the tour to help us prepare for a day long trip. Tour guide explained a lot of history in English very well. Overall, it was a pleasant and unforgettable experience. Must do if you are in Peru!!

Coming here by train. Staying in a B&B was a so good tour. Actually the tour to Machu Picchu has started here. This town is full of history. It seems that the Inca tribe is still alive... Recommended to go! ?
