La PEOR EXPERIENCIA CON UN PSEUDO GUÍA que he tenido en mi vida!! (CHOFER JESÚS) Mi madre y yo contratamos el tour Islas Ballestas - Reserva de Paracas (precio indicado al final del post) pensando que se trataba de una agencia seria (por su ubicación en la plaza y la confianza que nos inspiró el encargado de vendernos el tour, no tenemos problema alguno con él ya que este se notaba conocedor del lugar y en todo momento fue atento y educado, a diferencia del guía), cuando en realidad es una empresa que no cuenta con guía /chofer propio y que subcobtrató a cualquier pseudo guía con vehículo que a su vez es subcontratado por múltiples empresas del lugar. De todos los "guías" que hemos visto era el que menos tenía actitud y apariencia de ser uno, MAL EDUCADO, en todo momento SE EXCEDÍA CON CONFIANZAS, BROMAS DE MAL GUSTO durante todo el trayecto, PÉSIMO LENGUAJE, CHABACANO, y por si fuera poco DE GUÍA NO TIENE NADA (nos hizo dar un paseo de menos de 10 min en el Museo de Interpretación).

***MAKE SURE YOU PAY WITH CREDIT CARD!! They will tell you there?s a 6% surcharge but you have to do it regardless. I would have disputed the payment if I paid with credit card. There?s a reason that there are so many one star reviews. Our flights were scheduled for 1:00 at first. When we went there at 12:45, we were told to come back at 2:30 due to the airport?s delay of opening. When we finally arrived at the airport, we waited for at least another 90 min before we started our flights. Here?s the worst part - THEY SOLD US TO ANOTHER ARILINES without telling us. We learned that while we were standing right in front of the airplane with a different company?s name on it. We went to them based on the recommendations from the hotel staffs and some research we had done. I felt deceived right before we hopped in the airplane. It really ruined everything. We wasted the entire day waiting and at the end we got something not what we paid for. We could have booked with other airlines directly if they were being honest with us in the first place. I felt nervous the first 10 min since I had never heard of this other airlines I was flying with. We tried to reason with the guy that sold us the tickets at their main office but all we got was an apology.

Really good evening, brilliant experience and our guide and driver excellent, Jonathan. We enjoy with the excursion and his histories and food recommendations , in addition the top was the buggy in the dunes.

Die Tour ist empfehlenswert. Der Fahrer hatte einiges auf den Kasten und wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit sicher. Das PreisLeistungsverhältnis war top.
