Fui con mi esposa y mis dos hijos, la gente del tour Muy amable y puntuales, viaje de Trujillo a Chiclayo en mi auto y se preocuparon mucho en conseguirme cochera, el bus del tour cómodo y con aire acondicionado, la guía muy amable también, el almuerzo en el restaurante Di Limón de Lambayeque muy bueno con las 3b, se preocuparon que nos atiendan rápido en el restaurante. Muy recomendable Moche Tour.

The worst tour i have ever booked. We booked the short tour, where they told us that we will meet the rest of the group (that they had started from the morning) at 12:00 so we can go for lunch (in the phone they told us that it is including in the tour) and then to see the museum of Sipan and the pyramids having a tour guide, last we arranged to take us back to the hotel at 18:00, because we had to leave the town at 19:30. 1st issue we started at 12:30 where a guy came to take us to the rest of the group. We went to the restaurant (in a very slow speed, probably to synch with the arrival of the rest, so we reach the rest. at 13:00). 2nd issue, while we were waiting for 20 minutes, the guy told is that the rest of the group went to the museum, so we had to go there and meet them. 3rd issue, when we reach the meseum, the guy started to guide us alone, describing the museum exhibits, like a 5 years old child. When we asked, where is the rest of the group, he told us that they have already started the tour, so he would be our guide. He offered to gave us back the money we paid, but we had already lost half of the day, so if we would accept it, we would not have seen what we wanted (we had to leave from the town the same evening), so we continue. 4th issue, after the tour to miseum we finally meet the rest of the group at the restairant where we ate but we paid also (in the morning call he said that the lunch is included, but never said that only the bus to the rest. is included). 5th issue, when we started to go to the pyramids, they told us that because of their delays in the schedule, the museum in the pyramids is closed and we can see only from far away the pyramids. 6th issue, in the way back and while the time was 18:30 i asked if they will leave us at our hotel. They told me that they have to make first the scheduled travel for the rest and thet could leave us at the hotel arround 19:30 (the time of our departude from the bus station!!!). So they stopped their bus, they gave us 5 soles to rent a taxi and go to the hostel. We managed to take our bus for the next town in the last minute.

We booked a day tour to Chaparri with Alphonso, everything was very well arranged and we had a wonderful time. We asked for an english speaking guide and we were very happy with Carmen, the tour guide and translator that joined us for the day and made sure we enjoy. I strongly recommend this travel agency.
