Buenas tardes: Le escribo desde Chile para consultar cómo se puede corregir un error en el nombre de un pasajero en una reserva hecha por internet. El código de la Reserva es TPYWCC y el nombre del pasajero es Ana María Peralta Hernández Por error se digitó "PERRALTA". Le agradeceré su respuesta.

After travelling with these guys for the very first time. I?m absolutely disgusted in how I was treated and how my friend was treated. Only to be told I wasn?t allowed to fly after all the other people had boarded and the plane sat in the terminal for another hour. I had to find another hotel to stay in that night and rebook flights back to Australia even though I was on time. Just because of a little bagging issue! If you?re seriously A traveller I would not recommend this company in the slightest. Never felt like I?ve been treated in such a trashy way before. Wouldn?t wish it on my worst enemy

We had the most amazing time booking with Culturandes! They made the process so simple and found a way to include everything we wanted even though we had a limited amount of time in Peru. They built a customized itinerary that had a mixture of both private and group tours, and included the option to upgrade when possible. The hotels were so amazing and the tour guides were fantastic. Everywhere we went, there was someone waiting for us with a sign. I felt so pampered! The price was also very reasonable- less than some companies I had researched previously and we got private tours most days! I would definitely recommend Culturandes and cannot wait to travel to Peru with them again.
