We spent 18 days in Peru. Everything was taken care of by Transhumancias. We booked with them almost a year before our trip. Nathalie made everything so easy and several times prior to our trip I emailed her questions concerning our trip and she promptly responded with the answers to my questions. Everything about our trip was wonderful, including our hotels, transportation, the places we visited, and the two families we stayed with. The scheduling and traveling between all of our places we visited was well coordinated and laid out. Our trip facilitator Anthony was super and caring and fun to be around. He took care of everything and ensured we were comfortable. One morning my wife woke up with an eye irritation, we had spent the night with a family on Amantani island on Lake Titicaca. We spent the day on a boat touring sites and as the day progressed, her eye became swollen shut. I told Anthony we needed to get her to a hospital. We had one more place to visit before going to port, but all aboard agreed to go in early. Anthony immediately started to make phone calls for early pickup by our transportation and to find where the nearest hospital was. To make a long story short, Anthony through his coordination going to two different Hospitals (no help), an Ophthalmologist Doctor (great help), and three pharmacies to find all of the prescriptions, we made it to our hotel late in the evening with my wife?s eye already starting to feel better. My wife and I highly recommend Transhumancias for traveling in South America. I speak English and my wife speaks both French and English. My sister-in-law and brother-in law who speak French and good English traveled with us. Our tour guides spoke in both English and French. Anthony spoke French, English, and was not bad in Spanish either.

Très beau périple mais très déçus de l?agence. Plusieurs couacs de réservations et de transferts qui se sont réglés certes mais qui n?auraient pas du avoir lieu. Un problème de confiance majeur car nous avons appris 72 heures avant, et surtout au détour d?une discussion avec notre accompagnatrice, que notre programme avait été changé unilatéralement (plus de jours au Pérou que en Bolivie) car il n?y avait plus de place dans les avions ! Nous reprochons tout d?abord à l?agence de ne pas avoir bloqué les vols au moment du règlement de notre acompte 7mois avant le voyage, mais surtout le manque de transparence et l?absence de prévenance concernant cet incident qui avait un impact important sur notre voyage. Pour cette raison essentielle nous ne recommandons surtout pas Transhumancias

L?organisation et la réactivité de Transhumancias an été simplement parfaite. Nous avons eu encore plus que ce qui avait été espéré. Notre Tc Elodie a été juste exceptionnelle. Cette personne a été un cadeau non seulement durant notre séjour mais nous en garderons un souvenir ému. Je recommande cette agence les yeux fermés à toutes mes connaissances Jean

Merci Transhumancias pour l?organisation parfaite en tous points de ce magnifique voyage au Pérou, Bolivie et Chili. Il restera gravé dans la mémoire de toute la famille et de notre groupe. Un merci tout particulier également à Elodie pour sa bonne humeur, pour sa juste présence auprès des enfants (et auprès des adultes aussi ?), pour sa capacité d?adaptation et pour les gentilles attentions ;-)! Tu as été géniale! Nous ne pouvons que recommander Transhumancias pour découvrir ces magnifiques pays!
