We went to multiple travel agencies for a full-day tour to the floating islands of Uros and Taquile Island, and Essential Travel got us the best deal. Everything was handled warmly, professionally and with a personal touch. Transport from our hotel was also arranged. The whole experience went smoothly and I would highly recommend booking with them.

We went here to get information on guided tours for Titicacasea and got to know Victor who is working at the agency. Allways Travel offers the typical tours to Titicacasea with staying overnight at local family. They make sure that you give the money for accomodation directly to the family which is great so that they are not exploited . Victor was very friendly and gave us advice on restaurants in the city. He also reserved two bus tickets for us via phone in order to go by bus from Arequipa to Cuzco. Unfortunately when we arrived at the bus terminal to Pay for the reservation Victor had made the bus company told us that the bus is full. Somehow sth went wrong. It wasn?t a big deal as end of September is not high season anymore and we could buy tickets for another bus to Cuzco for almost the same money and time on the same day.
