Muy buena atención por parte del personal, llegamos bastante tarde en la noche y nos recibieron con un mate de coca. La habitación era como y limpia. El hotel tiene una buena ubicación queda muy cerca de la plaza de armas y es fácil ubicarse. Eso si queda a unos 15 minutos de aeropuerto por lo que tienen que medir bien el tiempo para evitar apuros

Buen hotel de acuerdo a mis posibilidades. Me dieron todas las alternativas para visitar Macchu Picchu y todos los demas lugares. No me preocupé de nada en absoluto. Todo lo programaron. Dias, boletos, entradas, salidas, guias a todo el valle sagrado de los incas.

Lo mejor de este alojamiento es el personal. Nos atendieron de maravilla y nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron: llegamos a horas intempestivas y nos atendieron, nos guardaron las maletas, nos encontramos mal y nos cuidaron... Solo tengo buenas palabras para Carlos y Estela. Además la habitación y el baño no eran muy lujosos pero estaban limpios y cuidados. Muy recomendable.

Stayed here for almost a week in total and it was just fantastic. All the workers are so friendly and helpful at all time. The Breakfast area is so cute and after hiking all day your room feels like your happy place where you can get new energy for the next day Wonderful time Gracias

Ask to sleep upstairs across from the terrace if you can. Wonderful spot with a beautiful breakfast terrace and helpful staff.

This place was a perfect place to stay in Cusco! They offer luggage storage if you are doing a trek and helped us coordinate taxis, buses and great laundry service while we were there. They were so sweet and prepped breakfast for us, even when we would leave incredibly early in the morning. We stayed in both the top floor family room room and a larger room on the first floor. Perks include great location, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, tea/coffee, free boiled water and inexpensive bottled water for purchase. It was overall excellent service and felt more like a BnB than hostal! They really care about their tenants and I would suggest it to anyone (who can speak at least a little Spanish) staying in Cusco.

We booked an apartment but we got without mentioning it a family room. We complained and one lady sad the apartment is already taken. Later the owner sad, there is a problem with the shower, but why give they us first a family room without mention it? As compensation we got 20 USD of the apartment price (we had to pay the full family room price) and a free ride to the airport ( about 4 USD worth). The family room was very bright and noisy the walls are like paper. The neighbors bathroom is like in your room you can hear everything and if the neighbor switch on the light it will get bright in your room... this is very bad because many people go very early to visit far places. The blanket had a strong cigarette smell, it was disgusting to sleep in an unwashed bed. We booked about 6 months in advance to get a nice apartment but stayed for one day still in a hostel room. Positive things: the room was not cold, the beds are comfortable and large (except the cigarette smell) the location is really great.

Most lovely, kind, helpful people imaginable. Offered us tea as soon as we arrived. Beautiful room, nice bed (lots of duvets - very cosy!), lovely breakfast in the morning. The breakfast area has a view over the city. The building is old and interesting, and in a really great location - 5 minutes walk from the plaza, but down a lovely quiet laneway. Felt like real luxury, especially considering how cheap the room was.
