Un hotel muy completo, agradable y con excelente ubicación, así como la relación calidad-precio. Algo para mejorar es que las toallas están muy viejas. Hay que invertir en toallas nuevas

Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y tienen mantas suficientes para tolerar el frío. El desayuno fue riquísimo, pan fresco, café caliente, frutas recién picadas, jugos y yogurt al gusto, queso andino, aceitunas, etc. Tiene wifi, cable y agua caliente. Lo que no me gustó: las toallas del baño tenian un olor a humedad desagradable y no te ponen jabón ni shampoo.

Our stay was Ok. The hotel is clean, no bugs and we had clean towels, good breakfast and fast WiFi. I would say pretty good for Peru.

So this place blew me away, a truly luxurious stay and how they offer these rooms at these prices is beneath me. Even a shared bathroom did not detract. Really nice room with big bed and plenty of blankets made it really cosy. Also a TV in the room! Nice breakfast offering in a cosy dining room. Nice and central with in walking distance to everything, if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Puno give them a try.

Amazing service at this well-located, cheap and specially clean hostel here in Puno. Not only they stored our big luggage at no cost when we were out there doing the 2-day tour Uros/Amantani/Taquile islands, they also let us use their showers and stay in the reception until we were picked up to go to our next destination. Well done Huaytusive!

Good value for money, good option if you look for a cheap basic room, breakfast is ok, no heater for free, they charge you extra and there is just one available, room is nice and clean, comfy bed,

The front desk was friendly, they had a kitchen/dining area with plenty of tea. It was in the downtown area, but not very close to the docks. Pros: Comfy beds, nice little balcony looking out to the street. Very good price for the hotel. Cons: Since it was main center of city, it was loud at night time.
