Excelente. Muy buena atención de todo el personal. Amplias habitaciones , muy prolijo y buena limpieza. Muy recomendable

Frío. Muy frío. Las habitaciones no tienen calefacción. Tienen unos radiadores de aceite portátiles que no calientan nada. La ducha no funcionaba y cuando la rreglaron era una castaña. En el restaurante hace un frío de narices. Hay que cenar con gorro y bufanda. Las instalaciones son viejas. Decepcionante para lo caro que es

Un hotel confortable, silencioso y con agua caliente que después de varios hospedajes por Perú casi parece un lujo. En Puno hace mucho frío y la habitación dispone de un calefactor que puedes enchufar. El desayuno es variado y muy rico. En el restaurante de este hotel comí uno de los ceviches más ricos de mi viaje a Perú, por no decir que el mejor.

The hotel is located far awaya from the town and there are no restaurants, commercial hubs nearby, one can enjoy a comfortable stay at this hotel and enjoy their restaurant which has a view of llamas, the breakfast was okay with the usual vegetable and fresh fruit salad, the dinner was fine. The room was big and spacious, the bathroom has a tub for luxury, making my stay more enjoyable

We stayed for two nights. The rooms were big and very clean. It has a big and nice bathroom and offers water boiler and a very big TV which is nicely implemented. The highlight for us though was the restaurant which offers excellent dishes for good prices. It is though also necessary since it is 15 minutes outside of the city center. The personal was friendly. What we criticise is the not mentioned renovations in all of the main halls that were not mentioned beforehand.
