Very professional, friendly and helpful stuff (Estefanie in Lima and Yoselin in Arequipa). Cheap offer of an upgrade of the car and low cost for an extra driver when we arrived in Lima. Quick and uncomplicated pick up and returning. I can highly recommend this company!

Mal servicio. Nos ofrecieron una van automática y nos dieron una mecánica. La garantía es muy alta en comparación a las garantías en otros países. Se demoran mucho en el proceso de entrega.

I first rented from SIXT about 6 years ago. Since then it has become my car rental of choice! I was so happy to find them in Lima. In true SIXT style I receive an amazing service. Branch Manager Johanna and her team, truly cared that my experience was the best! They went above and beyond! From the moment they greeted me at the airport with a huge smile, to the great information I received at the counter about laws and regulations while driving in Peru to the great car they gave me, SIXT once again was able to provide me with the best car rental experience. Not at airport but short ride by agency pickup. The vehicle was great co edition. The biggest drawback is they charged us $3000 deposit since we are using our CC insurance.
