Avoid going to this bank! I tried to withdraw cash at the ATM and it swallowed my credit card. That happened because of technical problems, that is not nice at all but it can always happen. But than what followed was really bad service. I had to get my passport to start the procedure. Because I did not have money I could not take a passport, walking to my hostel and back took about half an hour. When I came back the woman I talked to before had disappeared even though I told her I would come back in half an hour. Another one tried to help and I should come back. When I came back she told me I have to wait for the first woman because only she had authorization to get the card. So I should come back later at a certain hour. But also than she had not returned so more waiting and eventually I told them I dont wanna wait more. So they called her and another ten minutes later she was there. Than she had to mail again but nobody seemed to answer even the phone when she tried. When I got a bit angry she asked me to have respect to her that sounded like a joke. Eventually I got my card four hours after that technical problem, the afternoon in Cusco was ruined and I felt quite miserable. They said it was not the first time that happened so better do not use the ATMs of that bank if you do not want to go to that same anoying procedure!
