DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH DELICATE ITEMS. I dropped off a bag of clothes and a shirt that needs dry cleaning separately. I made it very clear that the shirt is separate and that it is delicate. When I went to pick it up it was all stuffed into the same plastic bag and at home I found out that the shirt had shrunk. Unprofessional!

Professional operation. We had a large bag of very dirty clothing from the Machu Picchu trek cleaned here. When you drop off the dirty laundry they weigh it on a digital scale and write the price on a receipt that you take with you. Pickup was quick and our clean clothing was neatly wrapped in cellophane. Would use again.
