Adoro este banco! Es el único que está al paso con la tecnología, personal calificado que te orienta desde un inicio y cada vez que tengas un inconveniente. Máxima seguridad de tus cuentas online, apenas ven algo extraño te notifican, tienen alianzas con otros países para que puedas retirar dinero sin pagar comisiones. Ah y bueno cuenta free, plazo fijo online para que ganes por tus ahorros. Que más ? Tiene todo!

Be very careful with this ATM. Withdrew $160 cash but believe we only received $120, unfortunately we did not count until back at the hotel but then found we were $40 dollars short. Also withdrew some Soles and then found later that one of the 100 Soles notes was fake when we tried to spend it. On top of all that we were also charged a withdrawal fee of about 5% using a Santander debit card. We are now in the process of trying to claim for the fake 100 Soles note but the process takes 30 days by when we will have left the country. Hopefully Scotiabank will transfer the money to our UK back account but this has wasted a lot of precious holiday time.

Terrible experience with this branch. Tried to withdraw money from the teller - using a debit Visa card. They pre-authorized the amount to be taken out of the account, yet somehow when it came to me using my PIN and card it did not work even though I have had no problems before in Peru/Bolivia. I was rudely told it was a "48 hour process to cancel the transaction" and that my money would be returned then. It has now been a week and the money is still gone from my account and I am no longer in the city due to travel plans. DO NOT GO HERE.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ATM WITHDRAWAL. On our vacation to Machu Picchu, I needed extra cash and stopped by. I bank with Bank of America and was fine with the ATM fees, after I entered my pin number, I did not receive any Peruvian Soles and only received a receipt for my withdrawal. I called BOA and reported the problem and figured they will take care of it. After a review and investigation, this ATM company inside Scotiabank (same company I think) contested my claim and would not return my money to BOA which in turn will not pay me back. Long story short, DO NOT GO THIS ATM.
