we did the laundry twice here. 1st time everything great, 2nd some of the stuff wasnt completely clean (hiking trousers, tshirt..but maybe the stains were to resilient after so many hikings..), same day service (bring in the morning, receive at 6) cost 5s per kg

Dropped my clothes off on a Saturday morning and they told me to come back at 6pm to pick up. When I arrived at 6pm, the place was locked up and the mobile number on the receipt disconnected. The shop was closed on the following day (Sunday) - the day I was planning to leave Cusco, so I would have had to change my travel plans. The lovely woman who works next door helped me to track down someone to get my laundry out. If you still choose to use this company, ask to see the scale when they weigh as the woman working there added an extra kg to the weight of my clothing.

Dropped our laundry off at 9 and it was ready at 5:30. They did a good job and it was neatly folded and wrapped in plastic. Very reasonably priced especially compared to the hotel laundry cost. The place was busy with many locals so I expect that is a good sign. They also do dry cleaning.
